Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and inflation on Non-Cyclical Consumer Sector Companies. The data used in this study are the 2017-2019 financial statements of 45 companies listed on the IDX and inflation data at BI. Capital Structure is proxied by Debt to Equity (DER), Profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), and Inflation is measured by consumer price index (CPI), Company Size is proxied by Total Assets as a variable control . The results of this study are partially profitability has a negative effect (coefficient value -1.68) and significant alpha 5% (0.000 <0.05), Liquidity has a negative effect (coefficient value -9.22) and significant alpha 5% (0.000 < 0.05). Inflation has a positive effect (coefficient value 20.291) and a significant alpha 10% (0.094 <0.10). Profitability, liquidity, and inflation together affect the capital structure and have a contribution of 68.4% % (coefficient of determination R2 = 0.684).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinants of consumer buying interest through marketplace Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada by adopting interest indicators are transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest and exploratory interest. Based on these four indicators, the indicators that most influence consumer buying interest from each marketplace are determined. The survey method is used through data from online questionnaires distributed to 300 marketplace users. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Warp Partial Least Square (SEM Warp PLS) 7.0 application. The results in this study are that transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest and exploratory interest have an effect either partially or simultaneously on buying interest through Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada. Buying interest using Shopee marketplace is most influenced by preferential interest. While buying interest using Tokopedia's marketplace is most influenced by referential interest. As for buying interest using marketplace Lazada, the value of the biggest influence is from transactional interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the comparison of the bankruptcy of the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski models in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the pharmaceutical and food and beverages sector for the period 2015-2020. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data with a research population of 42 companies and a research sample of 12 companies with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data collection method is done by accessing the annual financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data obtained were then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 tool. This analysis included descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests), and hypothesis tests (paired samples test, accuracy test). The results showed that the Altman Z-Score model was significantly different from the Springate model, the Altman Z-Score model was significantly different from the Zmijewski model, the Springate model was significantly different from the Zmijewski model. The accuracy test shows that the Zmijewski model has the highest level of accuracy in predicting bankruptcy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying behavior. Where this research is motivated as a result of the high use of marketplace sites which causes people's behavior towards unplanned purchases (impulse buying) to also increase. The increase in impulse buying behavior in this study was influenced by 3 (three) factors, namely shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, and hedonic shopping motivation. This research design uses an explanatory research approach and a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The respondents of this research are people from the Batam city area who have used the Shopee application. And the number of respondents in this study were 100 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with testing using SPSS Version 20 software. The partial results show that shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, has no significant effect on impulse buying behavior, while hedonic shopping motivation has an effect on impulse buying behavior. Meanwhile, the simultaneous testing of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping motivation variables has an effect on impulse buying behavior

Abstract

The Influence of Brand Attitude and Perception of Quality on Purchase Decisions with Brand Image as a Mediation Variable (Case Study of Nivea Products in Yogyakarta City). This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Attitude (SM), Perceived Quality (PK), Brand Image (CM) on Purchase Decisions (KP) on Nivea Products in Yogyakarta City. The sample of this research is 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was Accidental Purposive Sampling. The data used is primary data, with the source of data obtained from the method of distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression. The results show that 1) Brand Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 2) Quality Perception has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 3) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, 4) Brand Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Image. Brand, 5) Perception of Quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, 6) Brand Image on Purchase Decision with Brand Image as a mediating variable has a positive effect and 7) Perception of Quality on Purchase Decision with Brand Image as a mediating variable has a positive effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios, namely return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA), earning per share (EPS), current ratio (CR), dan debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock returns on member shares listed on index IDX80 during the period from 2015 to 2019. The sample in this study consisted of 80 companies using secondary data in the financial statements contained in IDX80. The data analysis method used is panel data regression. The results obtained in testing this hypothesis are that return on assets has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and the debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on stock returns. An increase in company profits will support an increase in dividend payments and make shares more attractive to investors, increasing stock prices. Conversely, if the company has a more significant proportion of debt, it will be a burden for the company in terms of fulfilling obligations, the costs incurred due to financing, and the potential for financial difficulties to reduce the rate of return on shares. The results also show that return on equity, earnings per share, and current ratio have no significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of working capital and raw materials on the income of SMEs Handycraft entrepreneurs in Blitar City. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data. Primary data collection in this study used a questionnaire obtained from the respondents of SMEs Handycraft entrepreneurs in Blitar City. The analysis used in this study using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study prove that there is a significant effect partially or simultaneously between working capital and raw materials on the income of MSME Handycraft entrepreneurs in Blitar City. The working capital variable coefficient value obtained is 0.427 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the raw material variable coefficient is 0.267 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. In simultaneous hypothesis testing, the calculated F test is 126,102, the F table is 3.21 and the significance value is 0.000 0.05, which means that working capital and raw materials simultaneously affect the income of MSME Handycraft entrepreneurs in Blitar City. Thus, it can be concluded that all hypotheses are accepted, which means that working capital and raw materials have an effect on the income of Handycraft MSME entrepreneurs in Blitar City.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of profitability and liquidity on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the basic and chemical industries for the period 2018-2020. This research takes quantitative techniques and is a type of associative research. The population is 10 manufacturing companies that have been registered with the IDX of the basic industrial and chemical sectors for the period 2018 - 2020 which can be accessed in the www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics and panel data regeresi analysis using the Eviews 9 program. Based on the results of research conducted by analyzing the regression of panel data in the above research that explains the profitability and liquidity of the capital structure, it can be concluded that the results of the test show that profitability has no effect on the capital structure in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) industrial sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention of Islamic bank customers to use mobile banking. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance An Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the main reference in building the model in this study. Respondents were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires in the form of google forms in a number of WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram groups. The number of respondents who meet the criteria for Muslim customers who have accounts at Islamic banks is 376 people, consisting of 226 men and 150 women. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of data processing show that the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions have a positive effect on the behavioral intention of Islamic bank customers to use mobile banking. On the other hand, social influence does not affect the customer's intention to use mobile banking. The implication of this result is that Islamic bank management needs to maximize supporting facilities by adding a number of mobile banking features that suit customer needs.
